Ingredients

  1. Furlani’s Cornbread Biscuits
  2. Fried chicken cutlet
  3. Mayonnaise or favorite sandwich spread
  4. Carrots (shredded)
  5. Parsley (chopped)
  6. Potato chips, to garnish on the side

Directions

  1. Toast the biscuits as per package directions
  2. Slice biscuits in half
  3. Spread mayonnaise or your favorite spread on both halves
  4. Layer on fried chicken cutlet
  5. Sprinkle with carrots and parsley
