Ingredients
- Furlani’s Cornbread Biscuits
- Fried chicken cutlet
- Mayonnaise or favorite sandwich spread
- Carrots (shredded)
- Parsley (chopped)
- Potato chips, to garnish on the side
Directions
- Toast the biscuits as per package directions
- Slice biscuits in half
- Spread mayonnaise or your favorite spread on both halves
- Layer on fried chicken cutlet
- Sprinkle with carrots and parsley
- Close up sandwich and enjoy!
