Furlani brunch ideas

Almost too cute to eat.

Who doesn’t love a good brunch? Especially ones that are easy to put together, leaving more time to linger and chat with your company.

Ingredients:
Furlani Cheddar Biscuits
2 eggs (we used quail eggs)
Cream cheese
4 Slices of smoked salmon
Dill for garnish

Directions:
Fry up the eggs to your liking. We suggest keeping the yolk a bit runny so it oozes out similar to poached eggs.

Arrange the Furlani cheddar biscuits on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.

Remove cheddar biscuits from the oven. Cut one in half and put it on a serving plate.

Spread each half with cream cheese and fold a slice of smoked salmon on top.

Add your eggs.

Sprinkle a bit of dill on top.

Ta-da you’re done!
