Cinnamon Biscuits Ice Cream Sandwich

One of the few things better than ice cream is a delicious ice cream sandwich between two warm mouth-watering biscuits. Not just a comfort food, ice cream sandwiches are a popular pastime and favourite and a great way to entertain guests. Best of all, they can be enjoyed at any time of year and are not exclusive to the summer season.

Ingredients:
Ann’s Cinnamon Cream Cheese Biscuits
Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkles
Your choice of ice cream

Directions:

Bake Cinnamon Cream Cheese Biscuits as per packaging directions.

Allow biscuits to cool then slice each biscuit in half and place the sliced biscuits in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Place one scoop of your choice of ice cream on the bottom half of each biscuit.

Gently put the top half of each biscuit on top of the ice cream.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to add a special touch.

Indulge and enjoy your ice cream sandwich!
