Our Cheddar Biscuits are the Best.
Furlani cheddar biscuits are great. I’m not just saying that because I work here. Don’t believe me? Ask this guy (fast forward to the 6:30 mark for what he thinks about them).
So what could make our cheddar biscuits even better? Bacon.
Here’s all you’ll need.
Furlani cheddar biscuits
Start by pre-heating the oven or toaster oven to 350°F (177 °C).
Next pull out the box from the freezer and remove your desired amount of biscuits from the package.
Place the biscuits on a flat pan or foil and put onto the middle rack.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Don’t over do it as it can cause the biscuits to dry out.
You can prepare the bacon while the biscuits are in the oven.
There are 3 ways to cook bacon. For this recipe I suggest the microwave method.
Layer a microwave safe dish with 4 layers of paper towels. Place your bacon on top the paper towels. Cover the bacon with 2 more layers of paper towel.
Microwave on high for 1 minute per slice of bacon. Check to see if it’s to your liking. If not, cook for another 30 seconds. Continue cooking for 30 second intervals until it’s how you like it. Keep in mind that the bacon will cook a little more once you remove it from the microwave.
Move the cooked bacon onto a plate, so it doesn’t stick to the paper towels.
Tomato and Lettuce
Cut the tomato into slices. As for the lettuce, boxed or bagged lettuce is the easiest because it’s already washed and chopped up. If you don’t have any, just chop up regular lettuce.
Remove your biscuits from the oven and let them cool for a minute.
Next slice a cheddar biscuit in half and add a glob of mayo (optional since the biscuit is already pretty moist), tomato, lettuce and lastly add your crispy bacon.
Now sit down and enjoy your amazing creation!
