What’s better than a breadstick?
A breadstick dunked in these delicious sauces.
Here is our collection of dips you can make at home that pair well with our breadsticks and stuffed sticks.
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup yogurt or buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a jar with a lid and chill for at least 2 hours. If you have time leave it overnight for the flavours to blend.
This sauce is modelled after a certain fast-food chain’s signature sauce.
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp prepared relish
1/8 tsp white wine vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Pinch of salt
Simply mix together in a bowl.
Honey Mustard Sauce
1/3/4 cup mayonnaise
¾ cup of honey
¾ Dijon mustard
Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Chill.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
2-28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/3 cup freshly chopped basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper, to taste
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over a medium-high heat. Mix in the onions and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onions are translucent.
Add the carrots and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.
Next, stir in the tomatoes, crushed red pepper, basil and oregano.
Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
