Easy and portable, these Bocconcini-Tomato garlic toast skewers is a fun and great way to serve a salad without silverware – perfect for outdoor entertaining, picnics barbecues and potlucks.

Just assemble everything in advance and sprinkle with vinaigrette before serving.

Why settle for the typical beef or chicken kebab when you add some “dazzle” and “pizazz” to your skewers this summer?

Ingredients:
Furlani Garlic Texas Toast
Cherry (or grape) Tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese Balls (Baby Bocconcini)
Basil Leaves

Directions:

Remove and thaw (if frozen) a few slices of Furlani Garlic Texas Toast.

Gently cut the garlic toast into small cubes.

Thread together the cubes of garlic toast, cherry (grape) tomatoes, bocconcini, and basil, alternating the ingredients.

Set barbecue grill to medium-low heat.

Grill skewers on the barbecue for 4-6 minutes.

Season skewer with balsamic vinaigrette prior to serving.
